Mr. Wisdom Mawutor Boima is an accomplished educational administrator, leadership scholar, and public sector professional with extensive experience in educational management, institutional governance, human resource development, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as the Registrar of St. Teresa’s College of Education, Hohoe, where he functions as the chief administrative officer and Secretary to the Governing Council, Academic Board, and other statutory committees of the College.Mr. Boima holds an MPhil in Leadership from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Cape Coast, and a Bachelor of Education degree in Mathematics and Information and Communication Technology from the University of Education, Winneba. He also possesses a Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ from Jasikan Training College and has undertaken theological studies at Soteria Theological Seminary.With over two decades of professional experience in education and administration, Mr. Boima has served in various leadership capacities, including District Secretary of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) in both South Tongu and Ho Districts. His expertise spans strategic leadership, policy implementation, institutional governance, quality assurance, organizational development, stakeholder engagement, and educational administration.As a researcher, his scholarly interests focus on leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, governance systems, staff performance, and institutional effectiveness within tertiary education. He has contributed to academic discourse through research and publications in leadership, governance, and educational management, with a particular interest in developing innovative solutions to contemporary organizational challenges.Mr. Boima is committed to promoting excellence, accountability, and transformational leadership in educational institutions.
